I can’t say enough good things about this chiropractor! Loved my visits with Dr. Garza! He helped relieve my lower back pain and gave me ways to prevent it in the future! His took his time with my adjustments making sure to find the root cause of my issues. He sent me off with homework that has helped me so much in my day to day life, work and gym routine. Dr. Garza took the time to listen and truly evaluate where my pain was and why it was happening. He then took more time to alleviate the pain and show me workouts to do at home to not only keep the pain away but to build some muscle back. I truly appreciate the hands on wellness approach that Dr. Garza provides. I’ve been dealing with pain in my neck and low back because of work. I’ve been to so many doctors and nothing has helped.   He not only got me out of pain, but taught me what to do so I don’t keep going back into hurting over and over again.
